Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Buyer Administrator to join our team.
The Buyer administrator will play a key role in supporting the procurement process by managing purchase orders, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy.
This candidate must also be proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for purchase order management; verify order details, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedulesCommunicate with suppliers to confirm order specifications, negotiate terms, and resolve discrepanciesMonitor supplier performance, ensure timely deliveries and quality standards are metCollaborate, cultivate, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers; negotiate contracts, terms, and conditionsResponsible for inventory control; track inventory levels and reorder supplies as neededAnalyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levelsCollect and create data analysis and reporting to identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insight and advice on purchasing processes improvementEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulationsCollaborate with various departments, including finance, production, and fulfillment to coordinate procurement activitiesJob Type:
