Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport passengers to their destinations - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle - Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle - Provide excellent customer service to passengers or clients - Assist passengers with loading and unloading their belongings, if applicable - Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures - Complete necessary paperwork or documentation related to the transportation services
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience in NEMT preferred - Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers or clients - Ability to maintain a high level of attentiveness and focus while driving - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately Note:
