Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP/RRT)

Job Description

We are looking to fill an IMMEDIATE NEED at our contracted health system in the Loma Linda area. Respiratory Therapists (RCP/RRT) who work best with our team are highly motivated, with strong communication skills, and possesses a positive attitude with a focus on providing the highest quality patient care and customer service. The successful applicant would have the opportunity to utilize treatment and ventilator protocols. We want someone who has high level of assessment skills to appropriately administer treatment, ventilator and emergency department protocols. As an essential member of the health care team, this person would interact with multiple health care disciplines in order to provide the best care possible for the patient.


Minimum Qualifications Education:



  • An individual who is a graduate of a one or two-year AMA approved respiratory care program.

  • Licensed by the State of California as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.

  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Card.

  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support) card

  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) -preferred

  • Experience:

    • MUST HAVE at least a minimum of 1 - 2 years work experience in an Acute Care Facility

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
